This work explores the human search for meaning through repetitive behaviors and internalized rituals. In the work, ropes extending from top to bottom connect the figures not only to space but also to an invisible order, suggesting that individual actions are determined more by learned patterns than by free will. The dark silhouette in the center represents the anonymous subject stripped of its identity and symbolizes the disorientation of the modern individual. The fragmented bodies and animalistic forms surrounding it make visible the emergence of repressed instincts and unconscious impulses. The running animal figure is positioned not as a symbol of freedom, but rather as an indicator of cyclical repetition and inevitable movement. The figures suspended in the upper plane represent a threshold where the ritual loses its transformative quality and becomes mechanized. This situation, which can be associated with Victor Turner's concept of liminality, produces an ambiguity that leaves the subject perpetually suspended instead of transforming them. What a Strange Ritual makes visible not the unifying power of the ritual, but the alienation it creates through meaningless repetitions.
