An Open Call in Memory of Ibrahim Çallı

As the Art for Goodness Association, we are organizing an exhibition of the works of young artists at Kuzubağ's gallery located on Çal Bağ Road in Denizli.

Our expectation from the young artists who will participate in this project is 100 of the Republic. To send a greeting to Ibrahim Çallı, one of the leading impressionist artists of the Republican Period, as he enters his year. To remember the continuity of the republic and democracy on the occasion of an artist who has been honored to be a very close friend of Atatürk and, of course, to create a space for our young artists to exhibit their works…

Conditions of Participation:

1. Undergraduate, graduate, doctoral students or graduates of universities in Turkey can participate in the exhibition provided that they are under the age of 35.
2.  There are no restrictions on the technique of the work. However, the size of your work should not exceed 100 cm x 100 cm.
3. You can apply to the exhibition with a maximum of 3 works
4. The works you submit for participation in the exhibition must not have participated in the competition, received an award or been exhibited anywhere before.
5. The submitted works must be an original work.
6. The works to be entered into the competition must be a new production suitable for the theme. The theme of the competition is “Republic”. Applications for which the text of the work has not been sent will not be accepted.
7. The deadline for applying for the open call is September 15, 2023.
8. Complete the necessary documents to apply for the exhibition info@iyilikicinsanat.org you need to send an email to his address. Required documents: Photo of the works, dog tags, text for each work (Max 150 words)
9. It should be ensured that the photo of the work should be saved in jpeg or PDF format and the images should be at least 1 MB and at most 5 MB in size. (Care should be taken that the photo shoots are made on a flat background on a clean floor and sent with the artist's signature. Jul.)
10. If the information and documents are incomplete, the application will be excluded from the evaluation without entering the selection committee.
11. 20 Works determined by the selection committee will be exhibited at Kuzubağ Art Gallery.
12. March September 28 – The works that have passed the selection Decider to be made by the selection committee will be delivered to the address to be specified by mail between the dates of 28 September - 28 March. Works that are not sent Dec between these dates will be considered eliminated.
