He was born in 2002 in Midyat, Mardin. He entered the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Sinop University in 2021. While continuing his education, he took part in group exhibitions and exhibition organization.
In the artist's works, the household is treated as a figure that both protects and severs ties. Jars, beyond being mere storage spaces, represent repressed emotions and forgotten bodies. This introversion, presented through the transparency of glass, strikes a balance between both revealing and concealing.
Plush toys, associated with childhood, appear here as forms that have lost their warmth and cannot fit within their own volume. A tension arises between family memory, bodily memory, and everyday objects; the gray and hazy space between what is remembered and what is repressed, between protection and confinement, becomes visible. Water, rather than being a fluid and carrying element, has a suffocating quality; it does not protect time, but represents a stagnation embedded in time. Glass spaces make the viewer feel what remains inside, not what is hidden.
