Sevlay Nurten Şahn was born in Istanbul in 1997. After studying at the painting department of Aşık Veysel Fine Arts High School, she completed her high school education at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. After graduating from Yalçın Karayağız workshop (5), she worked as Mustafa Özel's assistant.
She is among the 5th Term artists of the Pasajda Bir Yıl project of the İyilik İçin Sanat Derneği. She currently continues her production at the Pasajda Bir Yıl
workshop located at DenizBank.
