Biography
Born in Denizli, the artist took a special aptitude exam with his passion for painting and art without anyone knowing, despite the different opinions of his family and surroundings about his educational life, and studied painting at Pamukkale University Department of Fine Arts between Dec 2009 and 2013. he was appointed to Istanbul in 2015 and started teaching art. He is still continuing his studies as an art teacher and has been continuing to produce in his workshop by expressing the insatiable squirms since childhood.
The artist, who examines the concept of truth, emphasizes the perception of reality that changes with the effect of illusion in the variability of perception in his works. It presents the illusion of the fact that the concept of reality is changing with the changing perception of the individual through two basic materials. Sieve and file. While separating the body, mind and soul trilogy, it presents it as a whole with its transparent structure reflecting the illusory effect of the material. He presents the state of knowing that a person will die while living, states such as fear, loneliness, indecision, imbalance, fleeing, attacking, asylum, which he creates in essence with the intensity of the exist-do not contrast, in a futuristic attitude. At the same time, the multiplicity of figures, the difficulty of making decisions by compressing the action options formed in the individual's mind before deciding on an action, the irrevocable responses of the action resulting from the decision, and the chain of action resulting from other decisions, are the main uncanny sequence that we want to emphasize.
Text of the Work
Our world is adorned with a rich mosaic of cultures, languages and traditions. Every continent, every country, even every village carries its own story. In the midst of all these differences, the language that we all have in common is love. When someone in a village in India says ‘pyaar’, when someone in France says ‘amour’, or when someone in Turkey says ‘love’, their words are different, but the feeling is the same. No matter how different our race, beliefs or languages, love is a strong bridge that connects us to each other. The universality of love makes the world livable. Our hearts beat with the same rhythm. Love unites us not with our differences, but with our similarities. Love, a simple but deep truth, holds the greatest hope for life.
