Kerem Topuz is an auteur director, producer, writer, poet and multifaceted artist with a film-TV education. He has produced feature films that have been screened on international platforms and won awards. His book Doğaçlama Film Çekmek (Improvised Filmmaking), published by Altıkırkbeş Publications, has been used as the main source for seminars on “Improvised Cinema” at many universities. He also served as the Head of Cinema Department at Akademi Istanbul.

He has written articles on cinema on the online cinema platform Öteki Sinema and has participated as an artist in many international art events in the field of contemporary art and exhibited his works. He has contributed to social responsibility projects with various associations and non-governmental organizations.

He has been continuing his artistic works within the Art for Goodness Association for about three years, and at the same time he continues to work as a producer and director in the advertising industry.
